Since the massive filtration of GTA VI was announced, many have wondered if the videos we saw are real. Although reliable sources say this is the case, Rock star has put an end to doubts. Through a new statement, the company has confirmed that the filtration is true.

Through his official Twitter account, Rock star confirmed that he suffered from an intrusion in his networks by a third party, who was responsible for filtration. Next to this, The company indicates being disappointed in the way in which the following GTA was shown. This is what was commented on the matter:

Recently, we suffer from an intrusion on the network, where a third without illegally accessed and downloaded confidential information from our systems, including early videos of the next Grand Theft Auto. At the moment, we do not anticipate any change to our services, nor a long-term consequence in the development of our projects underway.

We are extremely disappointed to have to share details of our next game in this way. Our work in the next Grand Theft Auto game will continue as planned, and we continue to give them an experience that genuinely exceeds their expectations. We will give more updates once again shortly and, of course, we will properly enter the following game when it is ready. We want to thank everyone for their support continued during this situation.

Along with this, it has been mentioned that Rock star will share more information about GTA vi when the right time . In this way, it is clear that some time will still happen before we see something concrete about this game. In related issues, you can learn more about this filtration here.

Editor’s note:

It is good to see that Rock star has issued a statement. The company could be quiet and moved by leaving the public in the dark. However, when giving this message, it is clear the situation in which they are and, weight to be vague, they also make it clear what their next step will be after this filtration. Apparently, we will not see something official until GTA vi is ready.
